JOY

Joy brings healing to you

I experience that as long as you feel depressive you access healing power because healing comes from brain and brain signals get disturb by depression or stress.

Depression

  • ·      It decreases work ability: - depression decreases your work ability most time goes waste by thinking painful things

  •       Decreases brain ability: - With depression brain get extra traffic now brain has to work double and it decreases focus

Joy

  • ·      It increases your work ability: - Joy miraculously heal every part of the body wherever you found joy just grab it and enjoy it and joy also differentiate in two ways first was physical and second are mental so I suggest you to enjoy mental joy because mind is related to brain
·
  •        Our cell wants the space and joy given them a space that’s why our skin look good when we are happy joy effect our body quantum so it’s beyond our understanding that how joy and depression work on our body
